Wine making has been a way of life at our school since 1750, and 80 of the estate’s 600 hectares are devoted to vineyards. The temperate climate and soil of Provence have always inspired vines to flourish, producing wines that have earned world acclaim.
The wine school and the Provençal cookery school have been set up in the old cellars. They are taught by well-known chefs and sommeliers from the region. Every wine is a subtle mix of nature’s influence and man’s expertise, and at our school we have perfected a balance between the two.
- The composition and quality of the different soils give our grapes a unique flavor, while the expertise of our wine-makers guarantees extremely high levels of quality control;
- Our vines are looked after with the greatest of care, and produce wines which are thought to be among the very best;

- Tasting and commentary on our wines: Enter the world of wine-tasting with a professional by your side, learn to appreciate the flavors or wine and express the perception of your senses but also the textures, the sensations and the memories that this nectar inspires. - Guided tour of the wine stores followed by a tasting and commentary of 3 wines: After a short tour of La Cave, discover one of our two Cuvées in the company of a professional who will teach you to appreciate the charms of wines from the Côtes-de-Provence. Starts at €10. Duration: 1 hour.
- Technical tour of the wine stores followed by a tasting and commentary of 6 wines: Discover the care that is put into our traditional and special wines in the fermenting room and the barrel stores. Tour followed by an introduction to tasting where our two Cuvées are analyzed in order to compare tastes, textures and flavors. Starts at €15. Duration: 1h30.
- Discovery of the vineyard and the wine stores, followed by a tasting and commentary: From the vine to the glass, a voyage of discovery through the vineyard and the estate of our school then through all the stages of production of our wines, from the reception area to bottling, always followed by an introduction to wine-making overseen by an expert who is passionate about wine. Starts at €28. Duration: 2h30.
The meccas of Art of living in Provence, our school also proposes its Provençal cookery courses, its wine and perfume schools, and a high-quality summer cultural program. At our Cookery School we offer a 2 nights and a 5 nights packages.

Other Activities:
The art of living at our school also forms part in art itself. The musical arts – with jazz and world music events held throughout the summer: picnics, concerts, dinner dances. Fine arts – welcoming painters and sculptors from Provence and further afield.
Other forms of art – organizing themed events dedicated to, for example, art or chocolate, or also art appreciation, with bric-a-brac and antiques sales. The warmth of these meetings and the conviviality generated, added to the quality of the events, have given our estate a reputation to be proud of.
The diversity of the program, which changes every year and is outlined below, allows us to believe that we can chance upon one another, in the open-air theater, in the Jasmine Garden, in the Bacchus Room, or even somewhere on a pathway, but wherever it is, and whenever it may be, we could share a moment of pleasure and well-being.
Walks and trails: on foot, for the nature trail, the ostrich park, the collection of grape varieties, the grounds. By bicycle for the mountain bike trails. There are so many walks to be enjoyed by the whole family, in groups, or alone. Before finally saying goodbye to this beautiful place, take an extra moment to pass by the waterfall or the Jasmine Garden.
