Our company teaches you how to prepare delicious food from many cuisines. Each meal is paired with wines that complement the food. Among the cuisines covered are American, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Australian, Chilean, Turkish and Moroccan. Select from scheduled classes or bring your own group for a party or team building class. Classes are taught by Jinny and Ed Fleischman in their well equipped home kitchen in the heart of Washington, DC. Their home is convenient to Metro and many hotels.
Faculty Information:
Ed and Jinny Fleischman have cooked together for over 30 years. They have taken classes all over the world. They are members of AIWF and Slow Food. In addition, Jinny is a member of Women's Chefs and Restaurateurs
Other Activities:
Customized classes include party classes, family events, team building and corporate entertaining.
Facility Information:
The classes are taught in the Fleischman's well equipped kitchen. In good weather the group sits on their large deck to enjoy the meal. At other times they eat in the spacious dining room.

Notes:
Cost of the meal for customized classes depends on food and wine being used for the class. Scheduled classes are between $65 and $75.
