The culinary schools Program Includes:

The course The course consists of 4 hands-on cooking lessons starting with a lesson on the basic ingredients of Italian cuisine: fresh pasta, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, spices, wines, meats and fish. The course is based on learning "Instinctive Cooking" with the use of fresh herbs and the freshest ingredients. The Italian recipes selected are surprisingly easy to prepare, at the same time of great effect and taste. All dishes prepared will also be tasted during the class, you will be able to practice cooking as many many of the dishes as you want. The Classes Lesson 1 - The Basics Class: Starts with an insight into the main ingredients of the Italian cuisine, familiarizing with the quality, aromas and tastes of the main ingredients of the Italian cuisine. Lesson 2 - The Tuscan Class (8 recipes)typical tuscan dishes like Panzanella, eggplant bruschetta, Crostini ai fegatini, Making local ravioli including the filling, Arista, and Cantuccini (A.K.A. Biscotti) Lesson 3 - The Fish Class: This very important class starts with a visit to the central market, a beautiful market with vegetables, herbs, fruit, salami and lots of fish! Lesson 4 - The Risotto Class! and scaloppine⦠and desserts! The final cooking class, how to prepare carpaccio dishes both meat and vegetables as well, isottos and veal scaloppine. At the end of the course each participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance, a chef hat, personalized apron and all the recipes in English.
