Three Italian cuisine courses are offered, in some of the best restaurants of Florence. The first course takes place at the restaurant “I 4 Amici”, one of the very few restaurants specialized in seafood; the second is held at the restaurant “Da Lino”, whose owner and chef is the President of the Florentine Chefs Association; and the last course takes place in a splendid Renaissance Villa, located in the beautiful countryside, a few miles from Florence.

Founded on 1985 and officially recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, we serve the leading companies of the world that are sending here their personnel.
According to our quality policy, we organize our courses of Italian cooking in the most renown restaurants of Florence where the teachers are the main chefs of each restaurant.
Other Activities:
A weekly guided tour is offered for free to all participants. Possibility of excursions during the week end to the most famous cities of Italy.

Courses are held in the professional kitchens of the restaurants and dishes are prepared under the skillful guidance of most expert chefs. Opportunity to watch the ordinary activity of the kitchen after or before the lesson.
