One of the most interesting and fascinating experiences in Tuscany is taking part in a cooking course. Our cooks are men and women who try to keep alive the most traditional recipes of our culinary tradition. You can prepare with them Tuscan and Pisan dishes with genuine ingredients and learn some "cooking secrets", while drinking our top wines.
At the end of the class the meals you have prepared are served with matching wines for an unforgettable dinner. An english speaking assistant will take care about your needs and is at your disposal for a successful class. Our aim is to give you some of our knowledge and passion, so that you can feel "enriched" when you come back home.
Faculty Information:
The classical menu for the cooking class is composed of many "antipasti" 3 to 5 appetizers, 1 pasta dish, 1 meat dish, 1 vegetables dish, 1 dessert. But according to your needs and wishes we can do some special menu, such as vegetarian dishes, or pasta dishes only, meat dishes only, dessert only.
Other Activities:
We can organize for you cultural tour to visit art cities, but also lesser known destinations of our land, beyond the classical itineraries, such as ancient castles, villas with frescos, medieval villages.
Our english-speaking assistant can also organize for you a visit to a wine cellar, to a cheese factory, to a pasta factory and a chocolate making place.
Facility Information:
The classes occur in a well furnished kitchen belonging to a farm house with rooms and flats. the dinner is served in the garden or in the tiny restaurant, depending on the weather. In summer you can have a break and have a swim in the swimming pool. In wintertime you can taste some good red wines sitting comfortably in front of a fireplace.
We are in the countryside of the province of Pisa, a land that can offer wonderful landscapes and where the mass tourism has not arrived yet. in this way you can experience the real lifestyle of Tuscan people.
