Our cooking courses take place during four mornings and are incorporated within a full seven day schedule including trips to local destinations. Experiences on offer range from tasting the famously delicious cheeses of Pienza and sampling the fine wines of Montepulciano to experiencing the peace and serenity of a local Franciscan hermitage.
