Faculty Information:
Jaume Brichs, our active and experienced cooking teacher, will cook with the help of the group, two main dishes and a dessert based on some of the most famous recipes of regional Catalan cuisine. Jaume has trained as chef in France, England, Germany and Catalonia. At present he combines his work as pastry chef in a well known address of Barcelona, with that of lecturer as occupational training teacher.

Facility Information:
A private home in a quiet quarter north of Barcelona. Nice surroundings for a charm penthouse with a big kitchen and terrace overlooking the Tibidabo mountain, where enjoying what the group had cooked if the weather is right.

- A market visit in the company of the cooking teacher,
- A hands-on cooking class in English-about 2 and a half hours,
