Your teacher, a professional cook, will demonstrate how to prepare a complete menu, from appetizers right through to a delicious dessert.
Join in the cooking while you chat with your teacher, ask questions, and maybe nibble on this or that…Then sit down with some fine Spanish wine and enjoy the dishes you prepared as lunch.

These “societies” are ancient institutions in the area, a type of cooking club where Basques have shared their good humor, songs, and gastronomic wisdom for centuries.
