Your teacher, Ruth, is a professional cook with 20 years experience in catering in Madrid, Seville and in Sydney, Australia.

Tapas Tours, Tasting, week-long cooking tours to “untouched by time” regions, 4 day culinary adventures to the most exciting culinary destinations in Spain, one-day culinary excursions to discover flavors and products that can hardly be found in other European countries.
Facility Information:
The classes take place at the cooking teacher´s apartment, situated in the historic heart of Sevilla, with a wonderful view of the Giralda and Cathedral.

- A market visit in the company of the cooking teacher,
- A hands-on cooking class in English-about 2 and a half hours,
- A full lunch or dinner based on the prepared recipes accompanied by a selected Spanish wine and a dossier with recipes in English.
