Faculty Information:
With the assistance of a professional cooking teacher of the cooking school, participate in an introductory lesson to the cuisine of this interesting region, and learn how to prepare some of their recipes, such as these meat and fish combinations called "mar y montaña" - sea and mountain.

Facility Information:
The cooking session takes place at the "Aula Gastronomica de L' Emporda", a professional cooking school close to the village of Palafrugell. There, you will learn how to prepare a characteristic Ampurdan menu, followed by lunch with wine.
