Faculty Information:
Pilar Latorre is a Catalan cooking instructor who recently moved to live in Madrid. She has abandoned her former profession as a lawyer to be exclusively devoted to what has been her main passion in life: cooking.
This solid vocation has been matched for years with a solid training at some of the best cooking schools in Europe, such as Cordon Bleu in Paris, and courses at the most prestigious restaurants in Spain and France.
Apart from being an active chef, Pilar is also a veteran traveler all over the world, and particularly in Asia, where she has got a deep knowledge of Asian cuisines that has helped her to develop her personal fusion cooking.
She is usual attendant to the most reputed culinary Congresses as well as good friend of many of the mastered chefs who are bringing the Nueva Cocina of Spain further than never before.

This avant-garde cooking class takes place at the cooking teacher´s private home, an ancient apartment in the heart of Madrid, beautifully restored, where she has her professional kitchen, classroom and smart dinning room where to enjoy lunch or dinner of the prepared dishes accompanied by a good wine.
