We are a Spain-based company highly specialized in the design and organization of culinary programs for the international traveler. Our offer includes pre-designed and customized gourmet food and wine tours throughout Spain, covering all topics and regions. Faculty Information:
Barcelona, culinary capital of Catalonia, is one of the centers of New Spanish cuisine. Being in the vanguard of Spanish art, architecture, interior design, fashion and other artistic expressions, gastronomy could not be an exception.

It is here where Julio, our young and kind cooking teacher, has lived, studied, and developed his cooking career. Julio, chef and teacher, was raised between the pans and the ovens of his parents’ restaurant where he learned the profession of his mother and can now boast years of work experience in various restaurants.

For our cooking lessons, Julio combines regional and exotic ingredients with the most innovative cooking techniques and personal creativity, resulting in surprising menus of contrasting flavors. The preparation will produce as much pleasure as eating itself: flavors, textures, and colors, all combined in the creation. You will enjoy every moment with the five senses, from the first step of the preparation until the last bite of the dessert.

Featured chefs include internationally acclaimed Ferran Adriá. Considered by many as the most revolutionary chef in the world, his cooking is based on the combination of texture, temperature, and taste with a touch of humor. As superstar French chef Paul Bocuse says: “He’s doing the most exciting things in our profession today”.
Although chefs are still mostly men, some women have also gained national and international recognition for their personal cooking.

Carmen Ruscalleda, chef of the 2 Michelin-starred “Sant Pau” and its sister restaurant in Tokyo, is one of them. Based on her creative interpretation of the Catalan culinary tradition - that has always combined sweet and savory, fish and meat, hot and cold, vegetables and fruits, Carmen has developed recipes that are both complex and balanced. Some of them can be learned in our cooking lesson.

Facility Information:
For small groups this unique cooking class takes place at a special venue: a new and modern, well equipped cooking school located at the center of Barcelona. After the three hours hands-on cooking class, enjoy lunch or dinner based on the prepared recipes, accompanied by selected Spanish wine.
