We offer programs in culinary arts aimed at professionals and amateurs. These courses are held in Italian.
The goals of our Italian cooking courses are to emphasize the importance of Italian products, the seasonality of ingredients, the simplicity of our cuisine. Through our programs in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Wine Expertise and La Bella Tavola (Food Communication and Design), we wish to spread our sense of taste, refinement, class, as well as our tradition and lore.
Cooking is an art and the goals of our Italian cooking courses are to shape and model artists in the Italian Food and Wine Industry. To attend these programs an intermediate level of Italian is required. To meet the linguistic requirements the student needs to attend an Italian preparatory course at us.

Faculty Information:
Work experience in a selected Italian restaurant, bakery, patisserie, wine shop or vineyard. The Program includes a special one-to-one tutorial class under the supervision of a chef or field professional. Our chefs will always be with you to help you and better understand Italian cuisine and culture.
Other Activities:
Every month the schools organize a daily program of activities exclusively for you. You will have the possibility to broaden your knowledge of Italian culture, visit famous cities and to enjoy yourself with your new friends. An art historian will take you on excursions to visit museums, world-renown works of art and places of historical interest. Field trips are arranged to other cities in Italy or to local spots known for their beauty.
You can listen to afternoon lectures on Italian customs and current events or watch Italian films. You can learn how to prepare delicious dishes of Italian cuisine. You will have many occasions to practice some sports and to enjoy evenings out for dinner or at a disco with your new friends.
Facility Information:
Our cooking school the special combination of Italian Language and Cooking courses offers international students a unique opportunity to better understand our culture. Practical cooking classes are held in Italian language and are for non-professional people. The focus is on Italian culinary and wine traditions, after the preparation of the dishes students will appreciate the resulting performance.
Our Italian cooking school will be a fantastic experience to enter the marvelous world of our tastes and flavors.
