We offer programs in culinary arts aimed at professionals and amateurs. These courses are held in Italian.
The goals of our Italian cooking courses are to emphasize the importance of Italian products, the seasonality of ingredients, the simplicity of our cuisine. Through our programs in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Wine Expertise and La Bella Tavola (Food Communication and Design), we wish to spread our sense of taste, refinement, class, as well as our tradition and lore. Cooking is an art and the goals of our Italian cooking courses are to shape and model artists in the Italian Food and Wine Industry. To attend these programs an intermediate level of Italian is required. To meet the linguistic requirements the student needs to attend an Italian preparatory course at us.
