You can select from our regularly scheduled classes or choose from our single session classes. These courses include Gourmet Cooking, Italian, Asian, French and Baking and Desserts. Or you may select from one of our single session classes such as Pasta, Breads, Casseroles, Chocolate, Tapa or vegetarian. Many clients choose to combine components of one or more the classes or you can request classes in another cuisine, such as Scandinavian or Austrian.
Faculty Information:
Chef Terence Janericco has been catering for over 56 years and teaching cooking for over 37 years. He has also published a dozen best selling cookbooks including The Book of Great Hors D'oeuvre, the largest work on the subject.

It is possible for students to book tours to all of New England from this location
Facility Information:
The classes are held in a private kitchen in one of Boston's Historic Districts. You are taught to prepare foods that you can then duplicate with ease in your own home. We are located in the center of the city and provide easy access to other historic areas as well as the famous Newbury Street Shopping area
