In a warm and relaxed atmosphere we prepare attractive, delicious Italian dishes featuring very few superb ingredients at their seasonal peak, simply though skilfully prepared to enhance their excellence. Cooking classes are held at our school on Fridays (from 5,30 pm onwards) when all the other activities of the school are finished. Students assist in the preparation of dishes and then enjoy the results at the end of the lesson with good wine and convivial company.
Each lessons includes the preparation of a complete meal:
* Starter
* First course dish
* Second course dish
* Side course dish
* Dessert.

- the dinner served as a buffet.
Lessons are provided in Italian and in English on demand. A minimum number of four people is requested for a lesson.
Faculty Information:
Our school’s staff is a unique blend of different personalities and cultural backgrounds. Our team boasts a considerable experience in marketing, public relation, not to mention teaching Italian as a second language either in Italy or in foreign countries. Additionally, the staff masters other languages.
All this ends up in a team accustomed to work in an international and cosmopolitan environment, which is the way it should be for an educational institute attended by people coming from all over the world. During the grammar lessons the highly qualified teachers progressively explain both verbally and illustrated on a white board the form and the function of each grammar rule in a precise and clear way.
Other Activities:
The culture program provides a rich combination of several fields, including Italian literature, Italian cultural and political history, and the history of Italian art, Italian cinema and theater. Additionally, advanced courses on particular authors and periods are available, as well as individual reading courses, which allow the student to explore special areas of interest.

* Pick-Up Service: Our school provides a pick-up service to/from Fiumicino airport with a driver contracted with the school. Students are kindly requested to communicate the date and time of the arrival with the name of the student written on a cardboard. One way €40,00. Money should be paid in local currency on arrival, directly to the driver.
* Visa Assistance: The school offers assistance to non-EU citizens who want to apply for a Study Visa, forwarding all the necessary information and documents.
* Student Card: The school provides an Identity Student Card, good for discounts in museums, cinemas etc.
* Insurance: Students are covered by our school’s insurance plan only in case of injury due to the school's negligence while students are present at the school.
