Our weekly workshop covers all the monthly career topics but of course not as expansively. It has been designed to give you the best understanding of all the floristry topics, it covers: hand-tied bouquets, short/tall vases, foam work for table centers or baskets, designing of weddings bouquets and funerals. Daily workshops follow the same curriculum as for the weekly, so you can just pick the individual day you wish to join. Below you can see all the topics day by day.

Our weekly workshop begins on the Monday and ends Friday. Starting at 10.00am through to 16.30pm. The months of December, January and the month including Easter there will only be three week workshops.

Faculty Information:
Our workshops cover all aspects of Floristry Design and will include the most up to date techniques. Specifically, students will be instructed in the principles of design, the importance of symmetry and of colour co-ordination and will be followed by instruction in creative practical arrangements suitable throughout the home and in commercial situations. Emphasis will be placed on developing the skills necessary to create inspirational designs for those special occasions such as dinner parties, weddings, functions, funeral wreaths/ arrangements etc. Should you wish to pursue a career working with flowers, Out of the Bloom will ensure that you are well equipped to take up employment as a professional florist, whether open your own shop, work from home or for someone else.
Other Activities:
For our foreign students the rest of the time in London is your own, experience all that the culture of Camden and London has to offer.
Facility Information:
We offer the ability to find you accommodation within the local community, possibly within a family unit. If this is required please make us aware when you are booking the workshop.
Notes:
Payable in advance - a minimum of four weeks prior to the commencement of the chosen workshop.
Refunds and transfers will be made for 'exceptional circumstances', they are at the sole discretion of the Directors and should be made in writing and received at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the required course. Less a charge of 10% of the full course fee for administration charges.
Please note, your place is not confirmed until we have received payment in full via Credit Card, Cheque, Bankers Draught or Money Order. It is advisable to check availability in advance via telephone or email and to book using a Credit Card Number. Out of the Bloom reserves the right to cancel workshops at any time, however, all possible effort will be taken to inform participants of any changes made to the curriculum.
