M14416 for Teens, (Travel Adventures, Skiing and Camping) specializes in providing exciting year-round outdoor recreational activities for kids & teens ages 10-18. During the winter months, we organize and lead one-day, weekend and vacation ski and snowboard trips to well-known east coast resorts. Young sportsmen from many parts of the US and many different countries have attended our unique Canadian Wilderness Fishing Camps in Northern Ontario that are held during the summer months. Our fishing camp is one of the few summer youth camps in North America that specializes in fishing. In the spring and fall months, we organize and lead adventure trips for groups such as whitewater rafting, canoeing and camping trips.
M14416 is grateful to have a large dedicated group of adult volunteer staff who see the great value of working with kids & teens. They care deeply about our young people and have a strong commitment to help provide good, clean, fun filled activities. Several have been staffing youth ski and snowboard trips for 10-20 years. Many of our staff are P.S.I.A. (Professional Ski Instructors of America) Certified Ski Instructors and participate in a variety of instructor clinics. We have a 1:10 staff to student ratio on our trips.
The staff is on the trips to make sure the student has the best possible ski or snowboard experience. They perform a variety of responsibilities for the student skier or snowboarder on the trip such as; helping get fitted with the proper rental equipment, making sure they are in the proper ski school class, providing further instruction after the beginner completes the ski school class, providing instruction for all other levels and supervising on the slopes throughout the day. On the overnight trips, the staff supervise evening activities, take the students to their evening meal and make sure each student is in her or her room by curfew.
M14416 for Teens is a traveling ski school and is proud to be a member school of P.S.I.A. (Professional Ski Instructors of America). Our P.S.I.A. staff that are certified ski instructors offer ski pointers and tips at no extra cost.

Individuals are welcome on our ski and snowboard trips on a space available basis.
M14416 welcomes only well-behaved skiers and snowboarders who respect and follow the directions of the staff and any other authority during the trip. Skiers and snowboarders are also expected to be respectful of one another. Because of our commitment to high moral standards, we prefer not to show any movies on the bus that contain profanity, vulgarity, excessive violence or sexual content, regardless of rating. Student provided movies are not shown on the bus, unless a staff member, teacher or youth leader of the group has viewed and approved the movie.
Lodging is usually quad occupancy (2 double beds per room) at well known establishments such as Quality Inn, Days Inn or the slope side chalets at Seven Springs. Some have an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and game room.
