Want to know how we wow our guests on the Golf and Gourmet breaks? Well, here's our secret: our clients enjoy their golf at interesting courses with spectacular scenery, but they are rather discerning about the rest of their holiday package too.

They appreciate excellent food and good wine. They prefer the company of friends or colleagues for daytime play - or relaxation over dinner. They want accommodation which maintains the high standards they're used to. They love the exclusivity of having their own pool and tennis court at a peaceful private villa where they can wind down after a day's activity. And they find that a pre-dinner glass or two of chilled white wine, served at the pool-side, slips down beautifully.

Faculty Information:
Our guests value the freedom which comes with having everything arranged for them. From the moment they step off the plane, they are freed from the responsibilities and worries of their usual busy lives. We collect them from the airport and from that moment they simply sit back, while we organise everything.

We will have defined their requirements beforehand and we then transport them to the chosen 18-hole golf courses, the selected vineyards of the area, the superb restaurants around Carcassonne. Or our chefs may cook for them at home.

They need not concern themselves with costs: golf green fees, the wine, all the meals and the transport are contained in the price of the package. Our guests leave with not only a sense of relaxation, but of liberation, too.

Other Activities:
In addition to our accompanied visits to some of the vineyards which produce Corbieres, Minervois and Malepere wines or the sparkling Chardonnays of Limoux, we will present an in-house wine-tasting with our wine specialist.

Note: Gourmet Tennis breaks can also be arranged.

Facility Information:
With a maximum of 16 guests per vacation, we provide all transport (including - unusually - your airport transfers), and include everything, apart from flight costs, in the price: lodging, all meals including restaurant meals, wine, green fees and wine-tasting outings.

The eight individually-designed bedrooms are double or triple-sized. All have en-suite bath and shower-rooms, air-conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer and CD player. All towels and linen are supplied.

Help and advice can be given if guests require visits to La Cite at Carcassonne or to the castle sites of Cathar resistance. Take some French Leave and slip away to the lovely landscape of the Languedoc for some leisurely learning and a large helping of culture.
