In Costa Rica we are based out of a wonderful hotel (scroll down to see pictures) that is located right on Playa Hermosa which is 10 minutes South of Jaco. Playa Hermosa is internationally known as a world class surf spot. No other Costa Rica surf school or Costa Rica surf camp has a location identical to ours, and no one knows Costa Rica like the way we do! Here in the Playa Hermosa / Jaco Beach area you can find waves suitable for all skill levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

On any given day if you want to just kick back and relax at the resort then that is always an option. You will never be required to participate in any activity if you do not want to. Sometimes the daily itinerary will change based upon surf conditions and weather. So either way and no matter what, this vacation is all about surfing, exploring, relaxing and most of all having fun!

Air Transportation:
We fly out of Miami International and arrive at Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose. You are allowed to bring up to 2 surfboards (must be packed in one bag) free of charge.
Ground Transportation:
Upon arrival at Juan Santamaria International Airport you then be met by a Florida Surf Lessons representative and then transported to the resort destination in Playa Hermosa. Approximate travel time from Airport to Resort is 1 hour 45 minutes.
