Welcome to Joe Magno's Mr. Baseball Training Camps. At Mr. Baseball, our goal is twofold:
1) To offer camps that cultivate individual talent as a baseball player and
2) To instill an awareness of the importance of life values.
Coach Joe Magno has been the owner of a well established baseball camp for 20 years, conducting over 800 camps and 20,000 private lessons. He is a former college baseball coach, a former Associate Scout for the Cincinnati Reds, and a former bench coach for the former Western Minor League Champions, Long Beach's Breakers. Along with his own expertise, Coach Magno provides a highly skilled staff to assist in both the coaching and camp experiences.
Assistant head coach, Curt Lee, has conducted over 900 private lessons and has assisted in over 400 camps. Coach Lee is former Long Beach State Dirtbag team member and has most recently competed as a Northern League Player with the Sioux City Explorers. Together, Coaches Magno and Lee oversee a professional staff consisting largely of Long Beach Breakers' championship players, trained to reinforce the techniques unique to Mr. Baseball Training Camps.
Faculty Information:
Joe Magno's Mr. Baseball Training Camps' main goal is to teach both the basics and nuances of baseball and to reinforce the traditional values of organized sports: sportsmanship, teamwork, and determining and upholding personal values. We at Mr. Baseball believe that if our children learn the value of working individually towards their team's common goal, they will learn a lesson that extends far beyond the baseball field.

Private Lessons and Clinics: Pitching, Throwing, Catchers, Catching, Hitting, Strength and Conditioning, Practice planning, Focus and Concentration Techniques.
Facility Information:
Coach Believes in getting involved with the camp. He takes pride in cooking for the campers. They may not have steak and lobster but they have fun!

Winter Special:
Normal lesson price is $69.00 per hour
For a limited time a packet of TEN lessons is only $499.00 for one player, $550.00 for two and $600.00 for three players.
First 20 players will get the special rate.
