Each cabin has its own bathroom with shower. The rooms located in the main lodge utilize three bathrooms with showers located in the rear of the lodge. The second floor also has a 1/2 bath which is convenient for nightly use.
Note: The island has no roads or utilities. Power is supplied by diesel generators, running 24 hours a day.
This amazing fishing lodge provide it's guest with a 18 foot Alaskan Lund Alunimum Boat with two outboard motors. We also provide rod and reels, bait, fuel for the boat, filleting of fish and freezer space to hold the fish prior to departure.
This lodge is located on Kupreanof Island, opposite Mitkof Island, approximately 14 miles from the town of Petersburg, AK.
Trips start on Saturday morning and end on the following Friday morning. The season starts in the middle of May with King Salmon fishing in salt water. The Halibut, Rock Fish, Cod, Flounder and Dungness Crab are available throughout the entire fishing season. In early June the King Salmon begin to enter the river allowing bank fishing until late July. The Sockeye Salmon (REDS) in the river begins in the last week of June and continues until early August.
In mid July the Pink and Chum Salmon begin to return to all the rivers and run through the end of August. Late July the Silver Salmon (COHO) appear in the salt water and then proceed to all the rivers offering the fishermen fantastic fishing well into September.
