M21547 is a small, intimate retreat center located on a peaceful beach, away from the busy tourist areas and chosen for its proximity to the important cultural and historical landmark, Laem Sor Pagoda. We are family friendly!

Owned and directed by senior yogi, educator and researcher, Paul Dallaghan, M21547 has been a location for practice, learning and relaxation for tens of thousands of guests, from all walks of life. M21547 is a place where new friends are made. We welcome guests to come and find connection to the practices and to new friends, joining an international yoga and health community which continues even when people return to their home countries.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or well-established in practice, our range of Retreats, Programs & Yoga Teacher Trainings are specially designed to promote growth and well-being.

We offer both ‘Led’ and ‘Self-Practice-Mysore style’ classes in all our offerings, enabling you to develop a set of practices to take home. Property amenities:
Yoga Shala: “Yoga shala,” in Sanskrit, denotes the room or practice area where yogic practices take place. Many of the old yogic texts, in particular Hatha yoga ones, offer guidelines on how to design such a structure. Taking into account old wisdom and modern knowledge, we have built our shala. It is the central feature of M21547 and the hub of all activity.

Meditation Garden: We have created next to our yoga shala a garden for quiet contemplation, fire ceremony and other ritual practices, as well as meditation sessions.

Herbal Steam Room: Close to the pool and with windows looking out to the beach is our herbal steam room, which uses a combination of thirty Thai herbs, plants, and spices gathered locally on Samui.

Beachside Swimming Pool: Right by the beach is our swimming pool, which has plenty of sun beds and a large shallow area for children. In keeping with our efforts to stay as close to nature as possible, it is a saltwater pool, which is easier on your eyes, hair, skin, and internal organs than chlorinated water.

Eco-Lifestyle Shop: Browse our selection of high quality products from Yoga mats to yoga wear, educational books, DVD’s and jewellery.

Wellness Center: Samahita Wellness offers a number of wellness programs for detoxification, general health and well-being.

Beachside Lounge: Next to our dining area is a beachside lounge opening wide onto the beach, with panoramic views and gentle sea breezes (unless the wind is up, then it’s positively cool!). This area is equipped with a full-size screen for video presentations and movies, a library, and plenty of cushions. We’ll gladly connect your Ipod to the sound system if you want to share your sounds (within reason, of course). An offshoot from it is an extended private shala at the water’s edge.

You’ll know you’re in the tropics, at the beach, and enjoying your time.

7 Day Essential Detox– Program Overview. People’s backgrounds, diet and lifestyle differ. Similarly, the intensity of a detox program must also offer a differentiation. For certain body types or high levels of toxicity a strong fast would not be advised but rather a supported approach. For others with slower metabolism and experience in detoxing, a fasting oriented approach may suit. For this reason, we personalise your detox program taking your needs, goals and preferences into account and balancing them with our professional expertise to provide you with the perfect detoxing experience. The daily detox support meeting provides an opportunity for adjusting your program as needed. Our team are standing by to support you.

Yoga Daily Program. This is M21547’s basic all-inclusive yoga holiday option which includes accommodation, food, yoga and breath work.
