1. How long has your business been operating, and
how did it start up?
We started out as sea kayak guides in Baja, then started our own company in 1993.
2. What are the main attractions of your activity in the area you

Full service tour packages, top equipment/guides/instruction, mother
ship and lodge options, as well as camping.

you describe your experience of working with InfoHub?
You are very efficient, courteous, and deliver excellent results (excellent
cost benefit ratio).
6. You have been quite successful in converting InfoHub referrals
into bookings. Our records show that you have been paying InfoHub
$12 for each referral. How would you explain your success? How do
you follow up with the referrals InfoHub sends you?
We follow up the moment you refer a person to us by email and mail,
then in 7-10 days we email a follow up, then every month after that
we email newsletters.
Is there anything else you'd like our visitors to know about your business?
We are the largest sea kayak tour operator in Loreto, in Baja, California, Mexico and
one of the largest in Port McNeill, BC Canada.
