Best Way Travel - Egypt

Editor's Note: Best Way Travel - Egypt has been working with InfoHub since March 2001. We recently talked to Dahlia Younis at Best Way Travel about her company and her experience of working with InfoHub.

1. How long has your business been operating, and how did it start up?

We started back in July 2000, as a representative office for a big multinational Travel Agency and in less than one year we established our new Egypt Based Travel Agency.

2. What are the main attractions of your activity in the area you operate?

From the moment we started our own business, our main goal has been providing the Individual Travelers, those who do not wish to merely join a ready made program, with customized itineraries that perfectly suit their needs and cover the places they wish to see.

3. What do your customers appreciate in you the most?

Well, since all Travel Agencies in Egypt sell almost the same product (come see Egypt at a very competitive price), all our customers praise us for our fast and personalized responses to their enquiries through e-mails, providing prompt answers to their questions.

4. You have been an InfoHub partner since March 2001. How would you describe your experience of working with InfoHub?

Having InfoHub as a partner is an asset for our business.

5. How would you explain your success?

In one simple phrase – “mutual trust between Infohub and Best Way Travel”! A partnership that has been continuing for 5 years now must be built on trust. For five years the InfoHub team has been (and still is) very understanding, helpful and supportive.

6. How do you follow up with the referrals sent to you by InfoHub?

Every Sunday we follow up with the guests who contacted us during the week, either by phone or e-mail.

7. Is there anything else you'd like our visitors to know about your business?

We are glad to answer any question any person might have regarding Egypt and we would like to let people know that Egypt is a SAFE place to visit and we would like everyone to consider this an open invitation to Egypt.
