Very remote, Awesome fishing for salmon, rainbow and Arctic Char. My first time fly fishing, guides were great. There was abundant wildlife: Walrus, Bears, saw a wolf and lots of bald eagles, mucks and geese. The flight from Anchorage was incredible with rugged mountains, glaciers and volcanos.
Comfortable cabins, nice lodge and excellent food.

2  Nick Lusich / King Salmon fly fishing Alaska Wildman Lake Lodge
Hi Butch and gang: We had an absolutely fabulous experience on our king salmon trip. I have been on over 25 freshwater Alaskan salmon trips and have never had comparable service (guiding, dining, accommodations, etc.). Your complete staff deserves my best recommendations. Our Scottish long-rod fly-fishing buddies also added to the enjoyment. Of course, my taking twenty one kings to 45 lbs on a fly in one day was something I had never hoped to achieve and didn't believe it was possible.
