1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
Founded in 1996, M14320 is an approved Tour Operator in the Northern Indian State of Himachal Pradesh (HP) and the one permitted to offer tours in the pristine wilderness of Indias newest National Park The Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP). M14320 is dedicated to responsible Eco-tourism principles and tour products that are environmentally sustainable and economically beneficial to the local people.

3. What does your company specialize in?
Our company specializes in birdwatching, wildlife and nature based ecotours. It also deals in jeep Safari's, mountaineering and various other aspects of Himalayan adventure.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
The company is owned by the Sood Brothers. Ankit Sood is an ecotourism consultant and has opened several sustainable ecotourism initiatives in Himachal, Ladakh and Sikkim Himalaya. He works as a National consultant with JICa and the Asian Development Bank in ecotourism projects. A naturalist and guide, he received a MPhil in Sustainable Tourism and a Masters Degree in Tourism from Himachal University. A team leader for M14320 expeditions, Panki as he is known amongst adventurers specializes in climbing virgin peaks in the Himalayas. A keen photographer, Aditya has worked with the Western Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (WHMI), Manali where he completed Basic and Advanced Mountaineering Courses as well as the Basic Skiing and Water Sports Course at Pong Dam.
