M14928 invites you to share understated luxury, to warm to true African hospitality, and find a restful intimacy in the Eastern Cape bushveld. Here elephant herds line the horizon and cheetah settle silently in the long grass. Our enthusiasm is a celebration of the African bush, of conservation, of food, of life.
M14928 is situated in the magnificent Amakhala Game Reserve, just a 40 minute drive from the Eastern Cape coastal city of Port Elizabeth in the heart of malaria-free game country adjacent to the famous Garden Route. Transfers can be arranged from the Port Elizabeth airport.
We have been involved in the eco-tourism market for the past 15 years, first on the South Coast of Kwa Zulu Natal, 9 years in the Thornybush Game Reserve, we developed our first game lodge, Chapungu. In 2000, we moved don to the Eastern Cape, to develop the Bushmans River Conservancy, and the release of big game. We have, and are still very involved in the conservation, and release of cheetah, and serval. We are also very involved in social programs, and training.
