We created and we're living our dream, and in doing so we have assisted thousands of our friends and clients to experience theirs. Like them, we are absolutely passionate and fanatical about travel, surfing, kiting and adventure in some of the most pristine and beautiful lands and oceans across the globe.

We choose only the most professional and well priced, airlines, local operators and properties, to ensure that you get the best deals, best service and the holiday adventures of your dreams.
We love what we do and the products we sell, because we know our destinations better than anybody! We have felt the sand on that beach, slept at those resorts, chartered those yachts, flown on those airlines, surfed those waves and done those activities. Let us share our experience with you, let us take you there!

Hey Jacques,

Thanks very much for all your help in organising what was an absolutely awesome trip.
Temple Lodge was absolutely top draw! We loved the position and the people and the laid back vibe suited us down to the ground! The area is fairly isolated but that suited us fine - we found taxi's fairly expensive so we ended up hiring a scooter most days (costs around 50,000 Rupiah pd).
Christiana told us that no one from True Blue had ever been to stay with them? Big mistake - you should ... view more do yourself a favour on your next trip.

After Temple Lodge anything was going to be a let down and I'm afraid Coconuts definitely was. It's a nice place and everything but it just felt a bit commercialised after the personal attention we got at Temple Lodge. Also the food was pretty average. Nusa Lembongan itself was beautiful and damn hot! I did a few dives and we spent a fair amount of time exploring the island, snorkelling and eating out.

Ubud itself was very enjoyable - did lots of sightseeing, a hike or two and plenty of shopping.

The last day was spent in Kuta. Kuta Beach itself was very beautiful and there was plenty of shopping to do but after chilling out in Bingin, Nusa Lembongan and Ubud the crowds of Kuta were a little bit of a shock to the system. If we were to repeat the same trip we would definitely do Kuta first rather than last.

The flights there and back went off without a hitch (we overcame the 8hr transit in KL by hiring a hotel room for 6hrs at a cost of $53 - it was either that or pay $40 to get into KL on the train and by that stage we were quite happy to relax for a few hours) and were wonderfully unremarkable - except for when the pilot had to abandon his approach on landing in Cape Town - things were pretty hairy for a few minutes.

All-in-all it was a fabulous holiday and I think you can expect to hear from a few of our friends who we've been raving to.

Thanks very much to you and Greg for making it happen.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you!! The trip was truly amazing! Nosy Komba was quite an eye-opener... consisting of just a native village & little else. We stayed in wooden huts with no glass in the windows, with coconut palm leaves for a roof. There are no roads and no electricity. Some power is available at Chez Yolande's via solar panels. We also stayed a few nights at Madame Madio's & here we had lights for two hours a day via generator! No such thing as hot showers!!!! The ... view more chickens & ducks scratch around in the sand outside the huts and the lemurs who live in the jungle behind the village often come to "town" to visit.... they are quite tame & will hop onto your shoulders for a ride if invited!

From Nosy Komba we were able to arrange a day trip by pirogue to Nosy Tanikely where the beach is out of this world. Also did an overnight to Lokobe Reserve where we set up our own tents on the beach for the night. Did not see much animal life though except for a fleeting glimpse of lemurs high up in the trees and lots of gekkos & brightly coloured lizards.

The rest of our holiday was spent mainly at Ambondrona on Nosy Be at a place called Tsara Loky.. wooden rondavels right on the beach... again no hot showers!!! The place is so restful and the beach is great.

Hellville was also quite an experience... we walked about in the crushing crowds on Independance Day... I swear the whole island was there for the day. We bumped into Francois and her family from Tsara Loky as well as our waiter-cum-tour organiser from Nosy Komba.... really a small world!!!

Although we had a great time, it is good to be back home.... we will no longer be complaining about potholes & load-shedding as things could be a lot worse! The people of Madagascar are amazingly content with the litle they have!

Thanks again for your great service,
