Each team member uses the latest GPS and communication equipment between each guide bike and support vehicle to create seamless management of the tour and maximize your enjoyment.
1. How long has the business been operating and how did it start?
My company is up and running since December 2008. I used to work before as a Manager for Spain, Morocco and Portugal, for Discovery Moto Tours, british company based in Spain and Thailand. The company was launched back in the 2006, but suddenly closed in November 2008, and as I enjoyed what I was doing, I decided to continue with it on my own and set up M19772.
2. What is your company's mission?
My company´s mission is to convert ever new customer into returning customer. And to become one of the best holidays providers of the sector.
3. What does your company specialize in?
My company specializes in all included BMW GS road tours in Spain, Morocco, Portugal and across Europe, Trail and off road tours and Off road expeditions, Bike rental and Short and long term Bike storage.
4. Who is the founder or owner of the company and briefly describe his/her past activities?
Hana Ptackova, am the owner and founder of the company and as mentioned before used to work for Discovery Moto Tours before started the bussiness.
5. What is your most popular travel package and why?
It's hard to determine, what the most popular package is, as we have quite a big diversity of tours. 14 days Morocco is popular, our tour across Europe - Spain to Cz and CZ to Spain Challenge are popular, also our luxury 16 days Parador tour around Spain is well recieved.
6. What is the best compliment you received from a client?
The best compliment I have recieved is the fact that a customer has returned 5 times in 3 years, it says more that all the words of recognition. I have a Memory book full of compliments, but for me the best one is when my clients come back.
