I wanted to save you the experience that I had with Chef Richard Bond. We decided to make a weekend in New Orleans around our cooking class with the Chef. Well guess what.....He forgot we were going coming to his class. What did he suggest we do.....Come back tonight....Really. We went to the house to get our deposit back and found out that the house is small and I don\'t think we would have enjoyed it anyway.
