Your Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive Kuala Lumpur. Arrive Kuala Lumpur International airport (KLIA). Meet and private transfer to hotel. Check in and rest of the day to relax.

Day 2: In Kuala Lumpur. A private half day orientation tour of Kuala Lumpur where you will be introduced to the humble beginning of the city to what it is today - a modern cosmopolitan city. Major highlights of the tour: National Monument, Sultan Abdul Samad Building - Independence Square, the Selangor Club and the King’s Palace. In the evening, explore the night bazaar and enjoy the local scene with lots of street stalls offering exciting merchandise as well as food where you can have alfresco dining. Includes: (B).

Day 3: Kuala Lumpur - Taman Negara (approximately 2.5 hours overland and 2.5 hours by boat). Seat in a coach (SIC) pick up from Crown Plaza Mutiara Hotel/Istana Hotel. Transfer to Kuala Tembeling followed by riverboat to Kuala Tahan. Overnight at air-conditioned chalet at Taman Negara Resort. Slide presentation and Night Jungle Walk in the evening. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 4: In Taman Negara. Seat in a coach - Full day excursion to Bukit Teresek, Canopywalk and Lata Berkoh. Bukit Teresek (334 meters) can be reach in 45 minutes and one can enjoy a panoramic view of Gunung Tahan and the forest canopy. The canopy walkway stretches about 500 meters and with a height of 30 meters, visitors have a rare opportunity to experience the wilderness from a vantage point. Lata Berkoh is a spectacular cascade that marks the limit of easy navigability on the river. There is a deep pool below the cascade and rocky area overlooking the rapids offers an ideal place to relax. Includes:(B), (L), (D).

Day 5: Taman Negara – Cameron Highlands (approximative 2 hrs by boat and 5 hrs by overland). Depart Kuala Tahan by boat to Kuala Tembeling. Private travel across the country to Cameron Highlands (the center of Malaysian tea production) takes you to altitude of 1500-1800 meters above sea level. Vegetables grow in profusion and flowers bloom, everywhere in the cool weather, which can drop to 8 degrees Celsius. Check in to hotel in the late afternoon. Rest of the evening at leisure. Includes: (B).

Day 6: Cameron Highland – Kuala Lumpur (approximately 4 hours by overland and additional 1 hour for KLIA). Seat in a coach - Visit one of the tea plantations owned by the Boh Plantations to watch the processing of black tea and later to sample various kind of tea in the teahouse. (Note: Tea factory is closed on Mondays). Also visit the Rose Garden and Butterfly Farm. After the tea break, we head to local fruit/vegetable market to see the variety of produce from this area. Private transfer from Cameron Highlands by mid afternoon to Kuala Lumpur. Includes: (B).
