3-day of Karakorum Mongolia Tour gets you into the Genghis (Chinggis) Khan's 13th century capital and Okhon river Valley, cradle of Mongolian civilization. Karakorum was the capital of the Mongol Empire in the 13th century and of the Northern Yuan in the 14–15th centuries. Its ruins lie in the northwestern corner of the Ovorkhangai Province of Mongolia, near today's town of Kharkhorin, and adjacent to the Erdene Zuu monastery. They are part of the upper part of the World Heritage Site Orkhon Valley Cultural Landscape. Explore Hustain Nuruu Wild Horses National Park. This journey designed especially for small groups, families, private, and funny travel. Ride horses on the steppes, meeting nomadic people, local life experiences, staying in a traditional tent, guided nature trip in a UNESCO, seeing grasslands and beautiful vistas.

Day 1: Upon your morning arrival in Ulaanbaatar city (UB or ULN) by air or by train or pick up at your hotel or guesthouse at 09:00 a.m., you are welcomed by our Team and drive Western to Hogno Khaan Mountain Natural Reserve-this is a mountain with an elevation of 1967 m and is perfect for short trekking and walks around the surrounding area and there are some remains of an ancient Uvgun temple. The area has been protected since 1997 and covers 46,900 hectares of giant granite mountains from the Paleozoic age. Overnight in tourist fixed gers camp in private. (L)(D)

Day 2: After breakfast, drive to Karakorum-the Genghis (Chinggis) Khan's 13th century capital and heart of the mighty Mongolian Empire and heart of the mighty. Visitors, such as Marco Polo, described its ornate building, including a 2500 sq. meters Palace of Worldly Peace. In 1792 the Monastery still had 62 temples and 10,000 lamas. But in 1930 it became a victim of the Stalin's purges. All but three of the Temples were destroyed and most of the monks were either killed or sent to Siberia. Today the restoration of the Monastery is the government's top priority. We visits Erdene zuu monastery and Tortoise monument. Lunch. In the afternoon, drive to see Mongol Els sand dunes in the middle of the steppes. They are locally known as "Little Gobi" or "Elsen Tasarkhai" (Bayangobi desert). Hiking to sand dunes or ride camels. Camel riding for 2 hrs. Overnight in tourist fixed gers camp in private. (B)(L)(D)

Day 3: After breakfast, drive to Ulaanbaatar (approx. 270 km/135 miles). On the way, we visits and explore Hustain Nuruu Wild Horses Reserve (Hustai is Mongolian for birch and nuruu means mountains) measures about 57,000 hectares, or including the bufferzone 120.000 ha., and is located on about 120 km (60 miles) west from the capital Ulaanbaatar. The flagship species for the Hustain Nuruu Nature Reserve is the reintroduced Przewalski horse (don´t forget your binocular!).
