Join Dana Rae Pare and partner Trevor Monk for her fifth annual yoga week and discover Ashtanga Yoga. Dana is a dynamic and passionate person with the ability to inspire and empower students of all levels. Dana trains a unique approach to Ashtanga based on her studies in India with Sri K Pattabhi Jois, Kaustub Desikachar, Tim Miller and Ana Forrest. Trevor spent 6 months in India studying with Patthabhi Jois and has studied with Lino Miele, John Scott, David Swenson and Tim Miller. He has taken training with Tim Miller (Ashtanga) and Eddy Marks and Mary Obendorfer (Iyengar).
