Start the tour by visiting the rich and checkered history of Phnom Penh, Cambodia's capital city, which was once considered the most beautiful in the Orient and its museums are a telling reminder of the country's bloody recent history. Any trip to Cambodia would not be complete without seeing its spectacular jungles. For that, you will be taken to Ream National Park, resplendent in its natural glory, for a guided tour followed by a boat ride to the beaches of nearby Koh Sam Pouch.
You will also get the chance to relax at Cambodia's premier beach resort, Sihanoukville, where you can swim, dive or simply lie back in the sand. We have made plenty of time to cycle around Cambodia's countryside also. Its quiet, rural roads offer stunning vistas alongside more exciting features such as the rapids of Toek Chhou, making bicycles the perfect way to see the landscape.
The second half of the tour will let you take in the country's remarkable temples. Siem Reap and the Grand Circuit are home to some of the most spectacular religious monuments in the world including Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm, the Terrace of the Leper King, Bantreay Srey and Phnom Bok.
