Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Flight from London to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to Hotel Longchamps.

Day 2: Cairo sightseeing: Memphis, Sakkara, the Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza.

Day 3: Cairo sightseeing: The Egyptian museum, the Citadel of Saladin with the Mohamed Ali mosque, El Refai mosque, and the Khan Khalili bazaar PM Sleeper train to Aswan.

Day 4: Arrival in Aswan and transfer to Hotel Basma. Visit of the Nubian museum, afternoon visits to the temple of Philae, the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk.

Day 5: Free morning in Aswan or optional extra: visit to the temples of Abu Simbel by land. This is done by convoy which leaves in the wee small hours of the morning (04:00 am) with return to Aswan around noon. One has approx 1,5 hrs for the visit at Abu Simbel. Embarkation on the felucca Nile Breeze at noon. Afternoon sailing to Kom Ombo.

Day 6: Morning visit of the Kom Ombo temple. Sail to Edfu.

Day 7: Visit of the Efdu temple Drive to Luxor (approximately 1 hour). Check-in at the New Pola Hotel (a central, family-run hotel with home cooking). Afternoon visits to the temples of Karnak and Luxor.

Day 8: Early morning visit to the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the tombs of the Nobles, the temple of Hatshepsut and the Memnon Colossi PM flight from Luxor to Cairo Check-in at hotel in Cairo.

Day 9: Final departure.
