Check into our guest house in Knysna, Bridgewater Manor (or similar).

Day 2: Storms River and Tsitsikamma - Knysna.

After breakfast, we continue up the coast towards Africa's magnificent "place of much water", the Tsitsikamma National Park. Here you will see tranquil towering forests and fynbos rolling down to the sea in a luxuriant carpet. We visit the Storms River Mouth, and have a walk in the Tsitsikamma Forest to the Big Tree (a giant yellow wood, which is our national tree). After lunch we return with a stop at the Bloukrans Gorge to view the intrepid bungee jumpers jump the off the highest bungee jump in the world. On our return to Knysna, we will stop at the viewing deck in Plettenberg Bay. Overnight in Knysna at Guest House.

Day 3: Knysna to Cape Town.

After breakfast we check out of the guest house, and we visit the beautiful Featherbed Nature Reserve. We then head back down the N2, through the beautiful Overberg Wheat Belt with a stop at the Aloe Factory which offers a host of beneficial health and beauty products made from the indigenous Aloe Ferox. We continue to the small town of Swellendam (the town founded by the Dutch East India Company in 1745) where we stop over for lunch at the old Dutch Drostdy. After lunch we continue South, over the famous Sir Lowrys pass and down into Cape Town, where you will be dropped off at your Cape Town accommodation at around 18:00.
