Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Humurah hotel. Upon arrival you will be met by your guide from Our company who will transfer you to Kampala check in at Serena hotel/Humurah Hotel/Holiday Express.
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. On this days, after an early breakfast, you will depart to murchison Falls national park. Have lunch at the lodge and then in the afternoon, you will visit the top of the falls. To see the point where the Nile explodes into a narrow gorge (7 meters wide) from a 48 meters wide gorge. Dinner and Overnight at Nile safari camp/Paraa safari Lodge/Sambiya River lodge/Red Chillis Camp.
Day 3: The launch Cruise along the Victoria Nile
Go for an early morning game drive on at the Northern Bank of the Murchison falls National park You are able to view those animals that are unique to the African Savannah like giraffe, elephant, antelope, lion, and the Uganda Kob. Return to the lodge for mid morning breakfast, as you relax to wait for Lunch. After lunch, you will go for a launch cruise on the Nile River. The cruise takes you to the Bottom of the roaring falls where you will see huge crocodiles, schools of hippos, buffaloes, elephants and a variety of water birds like herons, ducks, cormorants, bee-eaters, skimmers, kingfishers, fish eagle and the rare shoebill. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: To Hoima. Today you will travel to Fort Portal town, through the Albertine escarpment, villages and verdant country sides with beautiful scenery. You will have lunch Then after, relax for the rest of the evening, dinner and overnight at Hoima Kolping House
Day 5: Visit the Pygmies
Leave after breakfast for the crown and hot springs in Fort portal. The drive is a 4-5 hours. This will be the day in the pygmy villages located near the Ituri Rainforest. The visit to the villages has proven to be an appealing cultural experience. You take a tour to the Hot Springs from where you will visit the Pygmies. The guide will carry packed lunch for you so that you have a Picnic lunch while you experience the true Africa! Afterwards, you will be transferred back to Fortportal. Dinner and an overnight at Ndali Lodge/Primates Lodge/Mantan Luxury tented Camp/Rwenzori View Guest house/Kanyankyu bandas.
Day 6: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest
An early Chimpanzee trek at Kibale forest,Assemble at Kanyankyu tourist centre and the start off with the search. Kibale national is a habitat for more than 10 primate species, which include, black & white coleus monkeys, red colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys among the many. After lunch you then go on for a swamp walk, Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is managed by the Kibale Association for Rural and Environmental organization formed in 1992 with the aim of achieving social and economic development for local communities. You will be taken on a guided walk around the swamp, which is home to approximately 137 bird species including the Snowy Headed Robin Cat, Black and White Casqued Hornbill, Emerald Cuckoo and a variety of Weavers, Warblers, Greenbuls and Sunbirds. There's also an abundance of Butterflies. It's also rich in vegetation, such as wild palms, polita figs and the dominant papyrus. Return to the lodge for dinner and over night at Ndali Lodge/Primates Lodge/Mantan Luxury tented Camp/mountains of the moon/Rwenzori View Guest house/Kanyankyu bandas.
Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, you'll leave for Fort portal to visit the Kings Royal tombs and various cultural groups including the Burungu community which is rooted in Traditional Toro culture that will entertain you with music, dancing and story telling. Spend the whole half day with the local community and on village walks/tours and in the afternoon you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park. for Dinner and over night at Jacana Safari Lodge/Mweya Safari Lodge/Kitandara Hippos camp/Institute of Ecology.
Day 8: A Launch Cruise along The Kazinga Channel
After a cup of coffee, Embark on an early morning game drive along Kasenyi track and Queens mile in the park and expect to see Lions, Elephants, cape buffalo, Warthogs, leopard, hyena, mangoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, Topi and lots many small animals and birds. After lunch, enjoy the unique evening 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of Hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water's edge. This launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 550 resident species.
Day 9: To Bwindi through The Ishasha Sector. Today you will depart for Bwindi, through the southern sector of the park; here you will be viewing the famous tree climbing lions as the rest up in the large forest trees. You will have lunch and then go for a community walk through the near by villages. Overnight at Gorilla Resort Camp/Buhoma Lodge former Buhoma Homestead/L. Kitandara tents/Buhoma Community bandas FB
Day 10: Trek Gorillas today. An early breakfast after which you proceed to the park offices for a briefing, then continue on for the trek. We advise you bring with hiking shoes, long pants and long sleeved shirts for the trek. A packed lunch and water is provided by the lodge, after the trek you have the afternoon at leisure, or site seeing around the trading centre. Overnight at the Gorilla Resort Camp/ Buhoma Lodge former Buhoma.
Day 11: To Rwanda. Depart for Rwanda, border crossing – visa fee of $60 is required. You will stop over for a lunch break, and you will arrive at the Gorilla Nest resort late afternoon. your guide will brief you about the gorilla trek for the next day. Dinner and over night at Mt Gorilla Nest Lodge.
Day 12: Another Day of Gorilla Tracking. An early breakfast after which you proceed to the park offices for a briefing, then continue on for the trek. We advise you bring with hiking shoes, long pants and long sleeved shirts for the trek. A packed lunch and water is provided by the lodge, after the trek you will be Taken for Hikes at the Dianne Fossey graves. Then return for dinner and over night at the lodge.
Day 13: To Kigali Genocide Memorial Site. After breakfast, you will go for Golden Monkey tracking then after have lunch. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to kigali for a tour around the Genocide memorial sites and the Markets around. Return to the lodge to Freshen up as you wait for dinner and over night at Kigali Serena Hotel/Hotel Des Mille Collines.
Day 14: Transfer to Kampala. Transfer To Kigali Kanombe airport for your next flight back home.
