Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival Delhi. You will arrive Delhi International airport by any International flight in the evening/ night. Traditional "Swagat" (Welcome) on arrival at the airport. Later our representative will assist you at airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 2: Delhi. Morning after a relaxed breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel at about 9 am and proceed for a guided tour of Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of Shah Jehanabad, including a visit of Jama Masjid, the larget mosque in India. Mosque was built in the year 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Drive past through the Red Fort. In New Delhi, visit Raj Ghat, memorial to the father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Later drive past India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I and the Afghan Wars.

The names of the soldiers who died in these wars are inscribed on the walls. Also visit the President's House, the official residence of the President of India, built in 1931. Until 1950 it was known as Viceroy's House. After lunch , proceed to visit the Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562. Qutub Minar, built in the year 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aybak. It is the tallest (72 m) brick minaret in the world, an important example of Indo-Islamic Architecture. Evening visit the Bahai temple (Lotus Temple). Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra. Morning have your breakfast in the hotel. Later about at 9 am, pick up from hotel and drive to Agra. Enroute visit the beautiful tomb of Akbar "Sikandra". Later continue drive to Agra. On arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur. Early morning visit the famous monument of love the Taj Mahal at the time of sunrise. Return to hotel for late breakfast. Later check out from the hotel and proceed to visit the Agra Fort. Later continue drive to Jaipur. On the way you will visit Fatehpur Sikri - the deserted red sandstone city that was built by Emperor Akbar as his capital. Continue drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check in to hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5: Jaipur. After breakfast depart for a half day excursion to Amber Fort, which is about 11 km from Jaipur, Amber Fort is a marvelous example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts reflected in the Maota Lake below. Go up the fort on the back of a gaily caparisoned elephant, true to the style of the Maharajas of the past. The interior of the fort has various royal halls decorated with intricate ivory, mirror and glass work complemented by exquisite wall paintings. Later transfer to a nice Indian restaurant, where you can have your lunch on your own.

Later continue for sightseeing of Jaipur City. This afternoon you will visit the City Palace Museum where you can see an imposing blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal Art. The museum is resplendent with its collection of robes of royal princes, carpets, an armoury of old weapons, miniature paintings portraying court scenes, battle scenes and processions, also visit the awe inspiring Jantar Mantar (an accurate observatory built in 1726 AD). Also included is a photo visit to the Hawa Mahal - a five storied wonder with a spectacular pyramidal facade and overhanging windows with latticed screens, domes and spires. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 6: Jaipur - Pushkar. Morning after breakfast, check-out from hotel and drive to Pushkar. On arrival in Pushkar, check-in to hotel Master Paradise. Afternoon visit the famous Bramha temple and holy Pushkar Lake. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 7: Pushkar - Jodhpur. After early breakfast, check-out from hotel and drive to Jodhpur. On arrival in Jodhpur, check-in to hotel. Afternoon visit the Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 8: Jodhpur - Udaipur. Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel and drive to Udaipur. Enroute visit the famous Jain temple in Ranakpur. Continue drive to Udaipur. On arrival in Udapur, check-in to hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 9: Udaipur. After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel at about 9 am and proceed for the tour of Udaipur city, visit the City Palace, collection of buildings contributed by various Maharanas (Kings) after Udai Singh and built in the year 1725. The magnificence of the Palace starts right from its entrance at the northern Tripolia Gate that brings us to the central courtyard, the best place to view the facade of filigreed balconies and ornate cupola-topped towers.

Later visit the Sahelion ki Bari (Garden of Maids of Honour) is an ornamental garden built by Maharana Sangram Singh for his daughter and the Ladies of the Queen's court. He built the garden with several fountains, pools and is decorated with chiseled pavilions and elephants. The fountains worked on the unique hydraulic technique devised in the year 1700 AD and are still working. Later visit Jagdish Temple. Afternoon enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola, the beauty of the lake is enhanced by the surrounding hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats & embankments. The Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) and Jag Mandir, the two island palaces on the lake look like pearls in the lake. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 10: Udaipur - Mumbai - Kochi. Morning after an early breakfast, check-out from hotel and transfer to Udaipur airport to take flight to Mumbai. On arrival in Mumbai, connect flight to Kochi. On arrival in Kochi, check-in the hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 11: Kochi. Morning sightseeing of Cochin visiting Dutch Palace, Jew Town, the oldest Jewish Settlement in India, Vasco de Gama's Cathedral, Chinese Fishing Nets etc. Evening transfer to witness the Kathakali dance show. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 12: Kochi - Periyar. Morning check out and drive to Periyar national park. On arrival in Periyar, check-in to hotel. Afternoon enjoy the elephant safari in Periyar national park. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 13: Periyar - Alleppey - Houseboat. After breakfast, transfer to Alleppey jetty to board the houseboat. Rest of the day in houseboat. Night stay in houseboat.

Day 14: Houseboat - Alleppey - Kochi - Departure. Check-out from houseboat, after breakfast and drive to Kochi to board your flight for your onwards journey.
