Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: After the arrival children will be introduced to the local instructors. Children are split into tribes, allocated a tribe leader and set up the tribe camp. Then will follow a fire lecture with demonstrations. Children light their fires, cook marshmallows and get to know one another Primitive fishing and netting techniques. The Crayfish nets are set. After lunch will be wide games in the nearby fields. Central supper of spaghetti bolognaise. At the end of the day children go to bed in bell tents. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

Day 2: After taking the breakfast of eggy crumpets and bacon, children are shown the many different tools used in Bushcraft including machetes and axes as well as primitive tools. Then children learn about snaring and each carve their own snare peg. The instructors show the many traps they have set up and how they work. Children are given some string and told to design their own traps in their tribes. Then they build their shelters and set up a new camp. Children light their fires using bow drill. Today the supper will be made by themselves in front of their shelters, using dutch ovens to roast venison in the embers. After supper will follow a big game of swallows and amazons. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

Day 3: Children light their own fires and cook breakfast. Today will be practiced mountain biking and archery. Children walk down to the lake for a lunch of whole roast salmon, crab and crayfish. Then they will swim and shower under the waterfall. Stalking lecture and stalking games through the forest. Children make big pizzas from scratch and cook them in our outdoor clay oven. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

Day 4: After a big cooked breakfast children begin the navigation exercise. Children light fires and cook their own lunch. We cook a big supper for the students at base camp. The evening will be full of entertainment and fun. Children sleep under the stars.

Day 5: Children cook a frontiersman breakfast. They visit the fun range. After prize-giving will be a Big Bushtucker Barbecue. End of the service. Home departure.
