Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive in Delhi and connect flight to Leh. Arrive Leh, meet and greet at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Free day to acclimatize to the altitude.

Day 2: Leh. Breakfast at the hotel and departure with your guide to visit the Monastery Phyang, located 17 kilometers from Leh, built by Tashi Namgyal in the late sixteenth century. This monastery belongs to the Buddhist dry of Red Hat. In the afternoon visit the monasteries and Stakana Matho. At the end of visits, transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Leh.

Day 2: Leh. After breakfast at the hotel meeting with your guide and departure to visit Shey, Thiksey and Hemis monastery. Shey Palace and Gompa are situated on a hill 15 km from Leh, and was the residence of the Royal Family. According to tradition, was the place from where they ruled the pre-Tibetan kings.

There is a bronze statue of Buddha, 7.5 meters high, covered in gold, the largest of its kind. Thiksey gompas is one of the largest and architecturally the most impressive. The Hemis Gompa is 40 km from Leh. Gompa is the largest, richest and best known of Ladakh. Its popularity is due, among other things the great summer festival is held here every year in honor of the birthday of Guru Padma Sambhava. When finished, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 4: Leh - Sumur (Nubra Valley). Breakfast at the hotel and early departure to Nubra Valley, the world's highest road that runs at a height of 5602 meters at the crossing point Step Khardungla. All road route will enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery. Overnight at hotel/camp. Afternoon free.

Day 5: Nubra Valley. After breakfast departure to visit the White Sands in Hunder. An unforgettable experience have the opportunity to walk or ride a camel from sinking to Deskit, this breathtaking landscape of sand dunes, will visit Deskit, the main town of Nubra Valley, which has a small market and a Gompa, or fortified monastery, about 500 years old. In the afternoon we trek to visit the monastery of Samstaling. When finished, return to hotel/camp.

Day 6: Nubra Valley - Leh. In the morning, after breakfast, return by road to Leh. Afternoon arrival and explore the bazaar of Leh, where they will have opportunity to purchase unique souvenirs handicrafts. Then visit the Mosque of Leh. When finished, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 7: Leh - Uleytokpo. Morning departure by road to Uleytokpo. En route visit Alchi Monastery, built on the banks of river Indus, about 70 km from Leh. One of the walls of this monastery is decorated with thousands of miniature Buddha images, but one of its main attractions are 3 large Buddha images made of clay and painted in bright colors. In the afternoon trekking route to reach the beautiful village of Mangyu, located at an altitude of 4,200 meters. Upon completion of transfer to the camp in Uleytokpo.

Day 8: Uleytokpo – Lamayuru – Ridzong – Uleytokpo. In this day an excursion to Lamayuru monastery, one of the oldest shrines in Ladakh. Belongs to the Buddhist sect of Red Hat and is home about 150 Buddhist monks. The monastery has several shrines and a rich collection of "thank" and magnificent murals. Each year at the monastery holds a mask dance in the 5th month of Tibetan lunar calendar and during this celebration, monks gather in the surrounding area.

Then visit the Gompa Rizong, known as a haven of meditation. In the monastery, about 40 monks living under strict rules. This gompa has a rich collection of paintings. Rizong under control is the monastery of nuns, which is about 2 km, and develop a series of work for the gompa, such as providing food and clothing to the monks, oil lamps of the temples ... At the end transfer back to camp in Uleytokpo.

Day 9: Uleytokpo - Leh. Morning departure by road back to Leh. En route, visit the monastery Likir. Founded in the eleventh century and re-dedicated to a different monastic order in the fifteenth century, the original building was destroyed by fire. The present gompa dates back to the eighteenth century. Spituk also visit the monastery, which stands on a hillside above a good overview of the Indus Valley. Here you can see many icons of Buddha Thanka delicate as well as ancient masks, weapons and images of Mahakaal. Continue to Leh. Arrival and transfer to your hotel.

Day 10: Leh – Onward destination. Breakfast at the hotel and time transfer to airport for flight to Delhi, where it will connect with international flight back to your country.
