On this private tour you will experience 3 of the most typical food and wine regions in Bulgaria. Troyan region known for the famous plum brandy (also called "Slivovitz" or "Rakia") and the fresh salads, the Black Sea region known for the sea food and the excellent brandies and the Rhodope-Thrace region known for the traditional home cooked meals and the superb wines

Day 1: Arrival in Papa Bear guest house located in a village out in the Troyan country. Food will be served in a Bulgarian country style - tomatoes, salad greens and cooked veggies from the house garden all eaten along with mouth-watering beef, slices of dry sausage, bread, home made white cheese and of course the national drink - rakia (triple distilled fruit brandy, also known as Slivovitz).

Day 2: Arrival in Tyulenovo village spread along the rocky coast of the Northern Black Sea. Local crab and fresh Black Sea fish meals will be served. Visit to the Queens winery in the afternoon.

Day 3: Arrival in the village of Oriahovets offering breathtaking views to the surrounding Rhodope mountains. Traditional food will be served - Rodopski klin, Patatnik and juicy meat stew.

Day 4: Visit to a boutique winery located in a beautiful estate in the surroundings of Plovdiv. Choice of wine is represented by typical sorts like Mavrud and Merlo, with a strong accent on the best Chardonnay money can buy in Bulgaria!
