Lords, aristocracy, and common citizens, who had come from various countries (including the religious immigrants from the Czech Republic, Wallonia and the Netherlands), left behind magnificent works of art, craft and architecture enriching our culture. The multiple peoples of Europe brought along scientific, economic, and industrial solutions as well as adding variety to the Polish cuisine.
Day 1: Arrival at Prague. Transfer to the hotel located in the middle of the town; check-in; welcome and info meeting, dinner and free time.
Day 2: Breakfast. Sightseeing: Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, lunch, Old Town Square, Old Town City Hall, Powder Gate, dinner, free time.
Day 3: Breakfast. Sightseeing: Old Jewish Quarter – Josevov. Synagogues, old cemetery, Jewish Town Hall, Franz Kafka’s birthplace, Jewish Ceremonial Hall. Lunch and beer tasting at the best Prague Beer taverns. Dinner. Free time.
Day 4: Breakfast. In the footsteps of Art Nouveau and cubism. Lunch. Museum of Alfons Mucha /National Museum of Czech Republic. Dinner and jazz clubs of Prague.
Day 5: Breakfast. Leaving Prague. On the way to Poland visit to the mountain fortress Koegnistain in Germany, including boat cruise on the River Elba. Fortress is an excellent example of European military architecture from thirteenth to eighteenth century. After lunch transfer to palace located at the foothills of Sudetes Mountains in Poland. Dinner. Free time.
Day 6: Breakfast. Trip to the Castle Ksiaz (the third largest castle in Poland) – fascinating history, fate and guests of the castle from XIII to this day. Lunch. Return to palace. Free time/Spa, dinner.
Day 7: Breakfast. Trip to the Cistercian Abbey in Lubiaz – the largest Cistercian Abbey in the world and one of the largest and highest -class baroque monuments in Europe. Lunch. Return to palace. Free time/Spa, dinner.
Day 8: Breakfast. Hike to the mountains. Lunch at the mountain guesthouse which has its own brewery and bakery. Return to palace. Dinner. Free time/Spa.
Day 9: Breakfast. Relaxation day. Walk around parks. Lunch. Using Spa facility. Farewell dinner in BBQ form.
Day 10: Breakfast, check-out, transfer to the airport. Transfer time: around 2 or 3 hrs (depends on selected airport and traffic conditions).
