Day 1: Arrival/Nairobi.
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by our representative, who will welcome and transfer you to Gracia Gardens hotel for overnight.
Day 2: Nairobi/ Lake Nakuru.
Depart Nairobi in the morning for a scenic journey south through the floor of the Great Rift Valley for Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game. In the park, you will have a chance to visit a unique sanctuary catering for a sizeable number of the endangered rhinoceros and the Rothschild giraffe. Waterbucks as well as the predators such as the lion and leopard are common at the park. Also to be seen is a myriad different variety of birdlife in and around the lake with approximately 400 bird species recorded. Dinner and overnight spent at Waterbuck hotel, outside the park.
Day 3: Nakuru/Maji Moto.
After breakfast, you drive south via Narok to Maji Moto, in the Loita Hills and spend the afternoon exploring the Maasai cultural activities. Dinner and overnight spent at Maji Moto Maasai Cultural Camp (in tents including of mattresses and beddings).
Day 4. Maji Moto Maasai Cultural Camp.
You spend the days exploring cultural activities in an authentic Maasai community, such as walks in the hills with Maasai warriors to learn about traditional life, warrior training, widow’s village visit for a look at local traditional life with bead making and manyatta homes, campfire with the Maasai warriors, visit to the hot spring. You can also visit community projects such as our school, and conservation projects for beekeeping and tree nursery. We can also offer a spiritual blessing experience, called Emayan in Maasai language. Dinner and overnight spent at the Camp.
Day 5: Masai Mara.
After breakfast, you depart with parked lunches for a full day game drive in the Masai Mara Reserve. Masai Mara is known as Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserve, situated in southwest Kenya. Famous for the abundance of lion, the Great Wildebeest Migration and the Maasai people, well known for their distinctive custom and dress, it is without a doubt one of Africa’s most famous safari destinations. Meals and overnight spent at the camp.
Day 6: Masai Mara/Naivasha.
After breakfast, you depart for Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch and thereafter enjoy a game drive at the Crescent Island Conservancy, whose terrain is flat, making it easy for walkers of all abilities to enjoy themselves. There is a lot of easy to see game e.g. giraffes, waterbucks, elands, wildebeests, zebras and impalas. It is also a heaven for birds with +200 species recorded. Dinner and overnight spent at Fish Eagle Inn.
Day 7: Naivasha.
After breakfast, you spend the day exploring Hell’s Gate National park, one of Kenya's smaller national parks. You may explore the park on foot or hire bicycles [at an extra cost] and ride amid gracefully grazing gazelles and the larger antelopes, a delightful experience. Evening at leisure or enjoy optional activities such as boat ride, or bird walk (at an extra cost). Dinner and overnight spent at the hotel.
Day 8: Naivasha/Amboseli.
After breakfast, you drive to Amboseli National reserve at the foot of snowcapped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak to arrive in time for lunch, followed later by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight spent at Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 9: Amboseli National Park.
The day spent game viewing in the park with extensive morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight spent at the camp. Amboseli National Park is often referred to as “The home of Elephants’ some of the largest Elephant herds are found here. The Game Park also contains vast groups of Zebras, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Buffalos, Hippos and Antelopes. Also to be found in Amboseli are lions, leopards, Cheetahs, Rhinos and many species of plain game.
Day 10: Amboseli/Nairobi.
Early morning game drives to further explore the park and after breakfast, you depart for Nairobi to arrive in the late afternoon. Drop off at your hotel.
